Should i buy my friends Warped ticket?

So my friend and i always go to warped for the past couple years. And this year he is broke so i figured maybe id buy his ticket for him and he could pay me back later. But this past februay i paid for him to see adtr with me as a birthday GIFT. Bought him a tshirt there and everything. This dude is really close to me. But lately, probably for the past 2 months, ill text him and he seriously just wont respond until HE gets a hold of me on his own. And he says its because hes "busy" but i know its a buncha **** because i see on facebook that he hangs out with other people etc. It really hurts because this guy is my best friend, but he doesnt seem to care anymore. And now that i mentioned this to him, he seems to be responding to me with every text. SHould i buy him it or just tell him i cant afford it? I do have a tattoo appt, coming up in a few weeks so thats my excuse as to why i really DO need to save my money
