Is it Normal For a 14 year old to have a 6 inch penis (not erect)?

Im 14 and when i walked in the guys locker rocker room i noticed i had a larger penis than the other guys. I felt weird, my friend said i was lucky so i that made me feel better. Is this normal for a guy my age?
