Is this dude a pedophile or what?

We took classes together. His friends thinks he likes this family friend of his who was like 14. I do agree she's a pretty girl. He's like 19 but he did say he had a crush on her when he was 18 and she was like 13. He then told me in class that I kinda look like her, and during the summer i found out he likes me. I am year older than him... whatever...but he told me when i was in bedroom changing that i look like that girl again!!!
