ok im a dude 18 yr old, I weigh 105 lbs and im 5'5. I can curl a 40 lbs dumbell in one arm about 20 times. well about 30 mins ago I benched press 100 lbs 18 times. Then on my second time I benched press 110 lbs 7 times. And on my last press I benched about 110 lbs 4 times. Is that good for my age weight and height or should I just keep trying. I do cardio on my off days and I rest one day every week.
