This is weird...phone number..?

I received a missed call from this number yesterday, but I didn't know who it was so I didn't bother ringing back. They rung again today but I missed it. Then I rang back but no one picked up. They rang back and I answered. A dude answered the phone and I asked him who is he, do I know you etc but he wouldn't say. He was like" I found out I missed a call from you" and "Where are you?". I am slightly bothered about this and it seems all too creepy... :L
