Proactiv seems to be working but I still have redness. What can I do?

I should probably just see a dermatologist. I'm a 30 year old white dude (if that matters) been using Proavtic for about a month and I rarely see a new pimple so I think it's working, skin looks much better. However I still feel like I have redness, as I used to get a pimple here or there (usually a whitehead) which I would squeeze which isn't good. Wondering if this will gradually go away or should I use a green tea something or some other product.
