Ladies...fashion advice please? :)?

Hi :) im 16 and im kind of a rocker girl. Im always wearing shorts, a t shirt,and converse. I want to start looking girlier but still have a little spunk. Help? And maybe some hair styles that wont leave me with split ends :) much appreciated
